I am a licensed clinical psychologist, and I provide psychotherapy and assessment services for adults, children and families.
Many of my clients seek treatment to develop skills and solutions, and to achieve relief from distressing symptoms in an efficient, time-limited manner so that they can get on with their lives. Other clients benefit from a less structured approach to therapy to better understand feelings and behaviors, identify obstacles to personal goals, explore relationship patterns and develop a more mindful approach to life.
I take a collaborative approach to psychotherapy and will work with you to clarify your goals for therapy. Together, we will decide the best approach to your treatment. I also provide comprehensive ADHD/ADD assessment and diagnostic services for children and adults.
